How can I pay?

Inside Phnom Penh, we deliver cash on delivery — you pay the rider when the order arrives, after you have checked that the box is what you ordered and is undamaged. For deliveries to other provinces, payment is arranged before dispatch, because the couriers who serve the provinces cannot collect cash for us. We will contact you to sort that out once your order is confirmed. Online payment by KHQR will appear at checkout once it is enabled.

Do you deliver to my province?

Yes — we deliver to all 25 provinces of Cambodia. In Phnom Penh, orders confirmed before 1:00 PM are delivered the same day; anything confirmed after that arrives the next day. Provincial orders confirmed before 6:00 PM are dispatched to the courier the same day, once payment is arranged — later ones go the next day. Transit time then depends on the courier serving your area, typically one to three business days.

Can I cancel my order?

Accepted Answer

Yes, free of charge and for any reason at all, at any time before your order is dispatched — that is while it shows as pending, confirmed or processing. There is no cancellation fee and no restocking charge. If you have already paid, you get all of it back, including any delivery charge. Once the order is out for delivery it is with the rider and can no longer be cancelled for a change of mind.

What if I change my mind after it arrives?

You can exchange it within 3 days of delivery, as long as it is unused and comes back in its original packaging with all the accessories and manuals. You pay to send it to us and we pay to send the replacement out. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds on delivered goods that work correctly and are as described — if you are unsure about a product, cancel before dispatch, or better, ask us first.

What if it arrives faulty or damaged?

Tell us as soon as you notice, and within 3 days of delivery. A short video of the fault and a photo of the packaging help a lot. If the fault is confirmed within those 3 days, we cover return shipping in both directions and you choose what happens next — a replacement, a repair, or a full refund. The choice is yours, not ours.

I think my microphone is broken. What should I do first?

Talk to us before you send anything back. Audio gear very often looks faulty when the real problem is phantom power switched off, a gain setting, a cable, or a driver that was never installed. We will troubleshoot it with you over a video call, free, at a time that suits you. If it turns out to be a genuine fault your rights are completely unaffected, and the 3-day exchange window is paused while we are helping you.

How long is the warranty?

Twelve months from the delivery date, against manufacturer defects — failures caused by faulty materials or workmanship in normal use. It does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, misuse, incorrect voltage or phantom power, unauthorised repairs, normal cosmetic wear, or consumable parts like cables, foam windscreens and batteries. Keep your invoice; it is your proof of purchase and it records the date the warranty runs from.

How long does a refund take?

It depends how you paid. A KHQR or bank transfer payment is returned to the same account it came from, within 7 to 14 business days of us approving the refund. A cash-on-delivery order is refunded in cash at the shop, or by transfer to an account in your name, within 3 to 7 business days. If a return has to be inspected first, we aim to complete that within 3 business days of it reaching us.

Is your stock genuine?

Yes. Everything we sell is a genuine, factory-sealed unit carrying the full manufacturer warranty. We do not sell refurbished, grey-market or counterfeit equipment.

How do I check where my order is?

Accepted Answer

Your order confirmation contains a tracking link. Open it any time to see the current status and your invoice — no account or password needed. If you have lost the link, message us with your telephone number and we will find the order for you.
